Powdercoating
Powder Coating is a dry metal finishing process using finely ground particles of plastic resins, color pigments and special cross linking agents which, once cured, cause the plastic resins to become very hard and extremely durable. Powder Coating is the leading alternative to conventional liquid spray painting.
Sandblasting
The sandblasting process can remove paint, rust, and residue from oxidation from materials quickly and efficiently. Sandblasting can also be used to change or improve the condition of a metal's surface, such as by removing scratches or casting marks.
Silkscreening
Silk-screen is a metal finishing process that involves applying paint and design elements to a piece of metal. More specifically, silkscreening (also known as serigraphy) employs the use of fine polyester mesh and a squeegee or blade to apply paint to a specifically designed section of metal. This process can add logos, text, and more.
